Double wire fence is also named as double rod fence, is a kind of specially designed welded wire fence with double horizontal wires welded to single vertical wire.
Its unique structure makes it stronger and more durable than single wire fence.Besides,this structure makes the fence panel very rigid and has a higher level of strength and security than common 358 mesh fence.
Galvanized or powder coating treatment gives the double wire fence excellent corrosion and rust resistance performance and a long service life.
It is often used in places where strong fences are needed,such as industrial or commercial premises and sport pitches.

656 double wire mesh panel consists of double 6mm horizontal wires together with single 5mm vertical wires.

868 double wire mesh panel consists of double 8mm horizontal wires together with single 6mm vertical wires.

It including panel mesh ,post and accessories ,

The panel mesh is welded with galvanized wire as per EN10244

And the post is shaped from galvanized coils as per EN10346;
The bolts and nuts are stainless steel 304

Surface:

panel and post are powder coated with Akzo Nobel- Interpon 600 series powder and pass
500H-1000H salty spray followed by ISO9227.

Panel:
The width of the panel is 2500mm and there are 6 heights from 1230mm to 2230mm. The mesh size is 50mm ×200mm(W×H), with double 6mm horizontal wires and single 5mm vertical wire which make the panel very strong and durable. The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm at the top side to enhance the to enhance the protection performance.

Posts, Clips and Fixings

The posts and clips that provide a fixing system which secures the panels but allows for variations. The systemis easy to installand allows the panels to be stepped, helping the fence line to follow the contours of the ground. With the vandal resistant security fixings this post and clip system provdes a reasonable level of security to any boundary.

Surface treatment:

Commercial galvanised panels can be subsequently pre-treated and Polyester Powder Coated with RAL colour of your choice.
