Electro galvanized wire,also called cold galvanized wire,is made of Low carbon Steel Material Q195,Q235.It is a composite metal material sourced from low carbon and processed through drawing,electro galvanized techniques.In general,the zinc coating is not very thick,but the electro galvanzied wire has enough anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation,the zinc coating surface is very average,smooth and bright.Electro galvanized wire zinc coated commonly is 18-30 g/m2.this is mainly used to make nails and wire ropes,wire mesh and fencing,binding on the Industry construction and steel Bar etc.and wire mesh weaving.

For making Nails,the wire should be some hard. Tension Strength will be on about 550Mpa.Make U fence Nail, Garden Nail etc.

For binding and tie up rebar etc. wire should be soft,tension strength will be on about 350-400Mpa. Very soft .
Also make Fence, Mesh etc. They are should be little hard. Tension Strength will be on about 500Mpa.
Now Mask wire, Packing wire also use iron wire. Thin diameter is 0.4-0.75mm.
On usual size will be 0.4-5.0mm to make.
